首先將高粘性土分散劑按照分散劑:水=1:1的比例在攪拌條件下配制成分散劑溶液,攪拌時間大于5min即可使用。其次,將配置好分散劑溶液分次注入已經結泥餅的土倉中,首次注入量為3t,然后每隔半小時轉動一次刀盤以利于分散劑和土體的充分混合。8h后每隔2h注入0.5t分散劑溶液,直至注完為止。24~48h后,開始慢慢推進,將土倉渣土慢慢排出即可。分散劑也可用于預防盾構刀盤和土壓力倉的結餅,使用方法為將分散劑配制成20%的溶液,然后在推進過程中連續注入土倉即可。
