1產品原理（Product Principle）
土壓平衡盾構施工的關鍵是將開挖下來的土體在壓力倉內調整為“塑性流動狀態”，即渣土改良，可以有效降低刀盤扭矩和盾構推力，減小刀具磨損，提高掘進效率。目前常用的改良劑有水、泡沫膨潤土和聚合物，大部分渣土改良主要采用泡沫和膨潤土。近年來，在參考國外施工經驗的基礎上，國內逐漸采用“泡沫劑+泥巖分散劑+水”的渣土改良方法。泥巖分散劑有著優良特性，如分散性、滲透性、剝離性，能夠增強渣土的粘滯性，改善刀盤的工作環境，增加土倉的密封和便于渣土的運輸。因此，泥巖分散劑技術的應用代表著渣土改良的發展方向。

本產品由高分子聚合物，除粘劑，強力滲透劑和穩定劑等成分組成，能夠直接快速滲透到粘泥膠團中，阻斷黏土內部膜質層，形成松散的錯位結構，同時借助結合劑和活性劑的作用，有效改良渣土，降低刀盤扭矩和盾構推力，減小刀具磨損，提高掘進效率。
This product is composed of high molecular polymer, detackifier, strong penetrant and stabilizer. It can directly and quickly penetrate into the clay group, block the membrane layer inside the clay, and form a loose dislocation structure. At the same time, with the help of binder and activator, it can effectively improve the slag, reduce the cutter torque and shield thrust, reduce tool wear and improve excavation efficiency.
