添加量:根據鉆井液的具體情況,一般添加量為鉆井液總量的0.5%~2%。

添加步驟:
l 油層降粘:將本藥劑與一定溫度的鉆井液或清水配制成1%-10%的水溶液(比例可根據現場需要進行調配),用泵車從油管或油套環空注入,然后注入鉆井液或清水。
l 井筒降粘:將藥劑與水配制成一定濃度的水溶液,從套管環空定期定量泵入,通過抽油泵的作用,使原油和藥劑得到充分的混合,達到降粘開采目的。
l 摻水降粘:在摻水泵出口加一臺注藥泵,按摻水量的0.5%連續擠注藥劑,達到降粘開采目的。
Add steps:

The oil and reagent are fully mixed through the action of the oil pump to achieve the purpose of viscosity reduction.
Adding water to reduce viscosity: Add a drug injection pump at the outlet of the water injection pump to continuously inject chemicals at 0.5% of the amount of water added to achieve the purpose of reducing viscosity of mining.
